Lisa Town is the Community Manager for the Accelerator Program. Born and raised in NW Washington, she has a rich, creative background with over 20 years of experience in the art and design industry. Her childhood was spent on her family’s sprawling farm — an experience that forged her bond to the wonders of nature and our interaction with it. She holds a B.A. in Art, lived a previous career life as a licensed Landscape Architect, and is trained in photography and design. Her work has taken her from the U.S. to Mexico City, and Europe, and she has enjoyed studying the relationship between people and space, creating both environments and visualizations focused on the emotional connection as well as the physical experience. She is passionate about building emotionally-driven brands for makers and supporting small business owners as they reach for their dreams. When she isn’t working, she can be found in the mountains, the sea, or playing with her overly fluffy puppy.
