How does the membership work?
Think of the Pro Group as the course that never ends. With your membership, you get access to the exclusive Circle group, weekly video calls, downloadable content, content library, and endless support, accountability, and guidance from your peers and mentors.
What if I’m unhappy with the results?
We don’t think this will happen, but in the case that it does, you can cancel your membership at any time. There’s no obligation to stick around if the group isn’t what you thought it to be.
How much access to Chris Do will I get?
Chris teaches two live Pro calls a month, which include group mentoring and Q&A sessions. He is also active in the online Circle community.
When do the live calls happen?
Pro Group calls with Chris Do happen twice a month on Zoom. These are typically on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 8AM PST and are always recorded. In addition, one to two times a week subject-matter experts host special events, workshops, and office hours so you can get insider help on your business.
How do I know that the membership is right for me?
If you’re serious about change and development for yourself and business and currently make over $100K in your business, this is the place for you. Our members come from all areas of business —agency owners, designers, marketers, developers, consultants—in all corners of the world.
What is the difference between Accelerator, Pro, and Brand Lab?
Accelerator is designed for creative service providers who are either just starting, or struggling your business off the ground, with the ultimate goal of reaching $100K in yearly revenue.
Pro is designed for creative entrepreneurs who have reached the $100K yearly mark and are looking to scale with a combination of coaching and community.
Brand Lab is for business owners who have reached the $1MIL mark in your business and want high-touch, weekly group coaching with Chris Do in a group with elite entrepreneurs. Remember, regardless of your subscription, you’re committing to 12 months of hard work, fun times, and growth.
What is your refund policy?
By policy, we don’t accept refund requests on the sale of digital goods unless it’s stated clearly on a published sales page. Here’s why: Digital products are much different than physical goods. By returning a physical good to a seller, the merchant gets to keep the original value of that product. With digital goods, a return is a total and complete loss to the merchant, especially once the course has been “consumed.” While we’re not in this for the money, this hinders our mission: To help one billion people make money doing what they love. We hope you can understand.
We understand that members may sometimes miss the opportunity to cancel their membership before the renewal date due to unforeseen circumstances. To address this, we offer a 48-hour grace period for members to request a refund if they wish to cancel their membership. Please send our support team a message at email@example.com.
Our courses are centered around growing businesses and learning creative skills, both of which are undoubtedly difficult and complex to accomplish. It’s our mission to make the complex simple. But the hard work still must be done. Once you learn how, the execution is in your hands.

So instead of requesting a refund, we invite you to ask questions. Participate in the beta launches and Q&A webinars. Send follow ups on your enrollments. Get the information you need to attain the goals you want. This will help us make better products and improve the products we have.
