How can I manage betterpeople and how can Iset up as an expertselling these people?Those are two questions.Sorry, I'm not goingto be able to solve thehow do you manage people betterin the few minutes that I have?That's a very complicatedsubject, right?Sure if you have aspecific pain point.Start with that.So I can talk about that.And then how tosell those people.Yet that's anotherbigger subject.OK when you heard me, I thinkit's from the pricing logothing, right, where Isaid something like,you price what youdo our price or Isell what the world can do.And that really just meansthat I'm a big picture thinker.I want to be strategic.And I'm not going to be thecrafts person or at leastthe way I'mpositioned that then Ican hire whoever expertsin their verticalto help me do stuff.And it has worked out just fine.So right now, you looklike a pretty young guy.So your ability to go out thereand say, look, I'm not person,you're going to be challengedfor sure because you.How old are you, man?25 Yeah OK.So my theory was rightyou still look so fresh.There's like no wrinkleson you or anything, right?Your fresh face.25-year-old So to go into companies and say,I'm just amazing bigpicture thinker, strategist,like, what have you done?You're like, well, never mind.So do.OK, let me justcatch my breath here.Everybody wants tojump to the end.They want to just take the fastpass and get right to the end.Be the be the pentagram,be the Collins of the worldand be these multifacetedmultimillion dollarcompanies that theworld loves celebrates.But looking at it from theoutside, looking at it the end,it's not the way to get there.You have to takethem and take themall the way back tothe way they startedand see what fits for you.So if I say to you guys, thisis what I'm doing at that time,I'm a 40-year-old man already.So and I've run my businessfor x number of decades.So I'm going to say thatbecause that's my experienceand that's my life atthis point and also havingbeen coached for 10 years.So don't be in such a rush,it's OK, it's OK for youto get known for doingthe thing that you love.And slowly build up yourexperience while aspiringto be the big picture thinker.I like that, because it givesyou a direction to head in.So every day in every way.Acquire the knowledge andthe information that you needand then apply itas fast as you can.That's your way.That's the way thatyou can get there.Now I want to say this, though.If you make a concertedeffort and you reallyfocus in on this, you learnand you experiment and you try.You could get therein a couple of years.You don't have tobe 40 to do it.But just don't tryto think you haveto be there now because you mayor may not have the experienceto back it up.OK, I get kids telling methey're like 19 years old.I'm a brand strategist.I'm like, are you really?You really you just finishedpuberty not that long ago.Come on.OK I'm not saying you, I'm justtalking about that kid that'salways so good.You're 25, so you can.
