I just wanted to go back to that client, the teacher. How do you decide if this is going to be a good working relationship moving forward, like if the initial interaction was sort of bitter? It wasn't bitter for me. OK right. I don't interpret things like that. Or for him, like, do you? Is there any point you have to determine that what if he continues to behave poorly or act up during the course? OK very good question. I'm not concerned about that at all. And I'll tell you why. Ok? first of all, people don't make a deal. Generally speaking, they don't compromise unless they want to do the deal. So if he's not interested in it, he would have said, no, I'm not interested in it. But what happened was I explained to him in a very calm way how we make money, what percentage is how many students we can get, what our marketing power is and how big our audience is. Then he looked at some numbers like, wow! And he wrote in an email, Chris, I apologize. I underestimated. What this class was going to do based on your numbers, and I'm thrilled to do this with you. I'm just stripping away all the emotion stuff, right, so if a client wants to hire you and you want to charge 100,000 and first like that is a crazy amount of money ever. This is stupid. I can get a kid to do this and you just call me, say back. I totally understand. Guess what? Here's where I'm coming at. Here's what you want. And if you want to do something else, fine. And if you think you have $100000, I'd love to do this job with and then you end it there, and then you come back and they're like, you know, that's fantastic. Actually, the way you explain, it makes total sense. I'm going to find an additional $80,000. So I can get you your $100,000 budget and let's rock and roll. That's the same thing that Jonathan stark does with his one on 1/6 month private coaching thing. He charges, I think, $8,000 or $9,000 to have access to him, and he knows that nobody's going to sign up for that unless they're serious about their business, and they're like, they're not micromanaging penny pinching people. So that's his bar. So I've said this before, I'll say it again, if you want better clients, charge more. OK I went into this negotiation knowing this is my theoretical maximum. And if we can't see eye to eye, we just walk. I explain it to them very clearly, and he decided, yes, this is a good deal for both you and me. It's a double. Thank you, and we're moving forward. So, OK. Yep, that's awesome. Thanks a lot.
