Workshop: How to facilitate a Mastermind Group

Are you curious about how to facilitate a Mastermind group? In this workshop, you will be part of a Mastermind that I will lead. The goal is for you to get a framework on how to do it and experience it firsthand. We will have one person in a "hot seat" and we will help that person solve a real business problem together.
