OK good morning, good evening,good afternoon, everybody.Quarantine lifestyle, week threeor week two for some of us,depending on themajor city you're in,it's good to see thateveryone's faces are stillsmiling and everyone stillas beautiful as they were.My name is Mo.I am your communityambassador, and today weare talking about opportunitiesamidst the crisis.We were able to shed allour feelings last weekand really understandwhat we're going through,and now we're going to betalking about solutions.So because he haslimited time, I'mgoing to pass itdirectly off to Chrisbecause he has some new hotfire experiment that he'sgoing to run with us in relationto Innovation Opportunity.So Chris, the flooris yours, sir.Thank you.Well, thank you.I want to do something reallyweird and wacky with you guys.First of all, mobile callnumber is this do you know?Yes, this is call number one.46 for four Alex and thetime card 146-114-6146.OK all right.I'm pretty sure thatthere's some pent up energyin this room and I wantto redirect that energy,so I want to dosomething really weird.I've never done itwith you guys before.I've never done it, period.So let's try somethingreally weird.OK, now what?What I got from Wesley whenI was talking to her is like,there's this energy in ourbody, and sometimes our braindoesn't know how toprocess that energy.So one thing that wewant to do is just,you know, when youwere a little kidand you got reallyfrustrated and you justwanted to likepound on the floorand just scream atthe top of your lungs.Now we're going to dosomething like that,but we're not goingto scream, especiallyif you're going toscream, it's OK.If you do, just makesure you're muted.So my eardrums don't blow.Ok? so she wastalking about like,when you're really frustrated,just like, tighten yourselfup, clench your fist, make yourbody really small and supertight, and hold itfor a little bit.And then exhale whenyou let it all go.OK, I want tochannel our energy.And I want to pushit through our body,and I want us to dosomething verbal after that.But first, let's justdo that together.OK, so I'm goingto hit mute in casethey say somethingfunny just to reallytighten yourself up, push allthat energy to the extremities,curl up.Let it go.OK so how did that feel?And the next time you're inthis position where a client putsomething on hold or somebodysays something not nice to youbecause they're going throughsome tough times themselves.I want you to thinkabout this and justchannel that energy release itbecause we have to process it.Otherwise, it just lingersand it festers, ok?Here's one other thing Iwant you to think about.I want you to tell mesomething that frustrates you.Very short phrase, and we'lljust bounce around the room,just tell, tell mesomething, and we'rebeing very honest hereand we're being very open,just tell me onething that frustrate.
