I would like to knowabout this productthat you mentioned months ago,a few months ago about the flow.I didn't know nothingabout this product. Can you explain alittle bit more? And I want it to allof you guys right now.Let me give you a littlebackstory here, we guys. Here we go, guys.OK as you know, core has beenvery transformative in my lifeand how I run my agencyand how I think and work, and it's a fantastic product. But we do get commentsand complaintslike when's the nextversion going to come out?How do we transition from thestrategy part to the makingpart and to, I guess,to all our dismaythrough lots of encouragement?Jose is not developedanything beyond wherehe's at with core 1.9.He promises core point to 0.0.But he's been busy withworking at consensusand doing other kinds of things. And it's at some pointI'm like, you know,I just need to makeour version of it.And our version has mutated somuch that you may or may noteven recognize it.And I write the exercisesquite differently. My focus is very different. It's very user centricand not brand centric, and it allows you to translateit to many different things, including branding, websitedesign and EnvironmentalDesign and even making videos. So I've been collecting. The requests of what peoplehave and I'm incorporatinginto this thing, andI'm also really likingwhat I've learned sofar about design sprintsand how it takes away someof the pressure from youas being the star, the center, the facilitator to you, just holding space andcreating prompts for peopleto work independently.I like a mixtureof the two, and Ineed to learn a little bitmore about design sprintso I can find thatperfect mesh of the twoand build this new system now.Josias core so I don'twant to call my thin core,I want to call mything flow, and it'san ability to movefrom one moment, one exercise together other. So I'll tell you moreabout it in detail later, but I don't want tospend all our timetalking about this, ok?It will be much more expensive.I just want to let you guysknow up front, it will be.If you purchasecaught, there willbe an upgrade path for you.So that you won't bestarting at ground zero. But it's a different productand it's going to go deep.OK one of the thingsthat we're releasing,I guess, in thenext couple of weeksis a new coursecalled style escapesand how to do it like a demon. And that's how Iwant to show youguys how to do styleescapes because I'mseeing a greatrange of executionand what you can usethe style escapes for.And I realized this recently asI'm coaching one of the peoplethat I talked to normally, thathe showed me his style escape.I was talking to hima little bit about it,and then I startedto realize how we do.It is drastically differentthan how it's taught inside coreand how many people do it.Not all, but many. And it's amazing when youcreate incredible style escapes. It's rocket fuelfor your businessbecause it gets the clientto get really excitedand to also look at things thatthey never thought you for.And so the scope expandsmassively after that point. And it's a way for you to kindof test little ideas with them,to excite them, to havethem envision the futureand then to look at you like, well, who else would do this?Of course it'll be.And that's thekind of scope creepthat you want itscope, explosion. And it's awesome whenit happens, right? So we're launchingthis escape course now.Ben has benched itfor a little bitbecause we have too manycourses coming out right now,so we have to kind of mindthe cadence and the flow.So we'll do style escapesand then I'll be hard at workon flow.OK, most likely it's goingto be $1,500 instead of 500and there will bedifferent tiers of it.Chris?Yeah.Excuse me.It will be somethinglike a mix of the springexercises with the actualcore framework or somethingtotally different. No, it won't be a mix. It'll be.You'll see thingsthat resemble core. But I use very differentprompts and the waythat one exerciseflows into the nextwill be much moreintuitive and it'llbe a little bit more modularand structure so that youcan pick and chooseparts that make sensefor your particular client.I don't think somebody willwant to do the entire frameworkfrom beginning to end unlessit's a really large client.Mm-hmm So it's designed toget to the heart of the issue. And for you to thenselect parts and I'llguide you throughthe whole process. So it'll be a workbook. It'll be worksheets andtemplates, it'll be documentsand it will talkabout deliverablesand talk about pricing. We'll talk about how toonboard and sell strategy, and there will bevideo components to it,as well as plenty of examples.Thank you, man.Thank you so much.Yeah, you're welcome. How much is thisbad boy going to be?I think we had a pricing thing. It's worked out somewhereon a piece of paper, and I think it's somewhereNorth of 1,000 probablyfifteen, $1,600 maybeeven more, I don't know. But like I said, there will bean upgrade path for everybodythat bought core.OK we don't wantto alienate anybodythat's ever supported us.Yeah
