OK Michael wants to know howto seat content for more views.Michael, I think you're doingalmost everything right.I consider YouTube as the homebase for all your long formcontent.Ultimately, you want to growon YouTube and not elsewhere. Now there's the guy whodoes the 1 minute videos, and he's doing reallywell for himself. But he's figured outsomething that I just Idon't know how to do, and I'mnot that interested in doing. The reason why I say you wantto keep your content on YouTubeis because YouTube has themost complex, sophisticatedalgorithm written to helppeople discover your content. So years from now, whenyou've created this video,it lives on forever.Conversely, things on Instagram, things on Facebook Livefor the moment. And if you understandthat you understandthe different strategiesas to why people createthe content that they do.So if I wantedsomething temporary,I want it to be shared,I want it to go viral.I'm going to postthat on Facebook, but I also know itneeds to be visual. It probably needs to be short. And it has to have wordsin it, not rely on audio. So if you want to post areally long video on Facebook, there's a goodchance that peoplearen't going to watch it.Let me give you an example. Some of you guys may be familiarwith the British Variety Talkshow Graham Norton Show. He's quite funny. He has amazing guests onhis show and on Facebook. The clips are super short. There are only two tothree minutes long, and their sequence insuch a way that they justroll from one clip tothe next to the next.So they understand the strategyabout how to build contentfor the specific platform. So here's the strategyI have for you, Michael.I know you're producing longerform things and anythingthat's longer thanthree or four minutes. It's going to performbetter, I think,in the long run on YouTube, especially at a 10 minute mark.So create yourcontent on YouTube. And then try to figure out themost sensational visual thing, the most relevantthing from thatand cut it down to two minutes.Add all your subtitles inand you need to do this.If you want to takethis seriously,if you want to grow your YouTubechannel, you have to do this.Luckily for you, there are servicesthat will convertyour audio usingmachine learning into a script. So that you canupload an SRT file. You want to go the extra mileyou just burn in the titlesonto your screen. So now your little pieceof content on Facebookenrolls a new audience, and it drives trafficto the original uncut orlonger full length video. The next thing youcan do is you canboost your videos onFacebook, and you can alsoboost them on YouTube.Different strategies for each.On YouTube, we founda lot of successby following a few things. In order to make a videobe seen by a lot of people, you need to know whata lot of people want.So this has got nothingto do with what you want. This is about that gap again. If you go on to YouTube, you can see what's trendingand you could see certainsearch terms trending. The more of those words thatyou can use in your title. And of course, you haveto deliver on that. The more likely peopleare going to find it,this is the exact methodthat Matthew and Cenadid for his video, which Ithink has over 400,000 viewsalready has helped him go froma few subs to over 10,000 subsin less than one month. And he just reported yesterday. He's made $400 in adrevenue on that one videoand $1,600 on product salesthrough affiliate marketing. So with one video, he'salready made two grand, which is pretty good Roi.And how did he do it?He said there waswhat was trendingis desktop setups and DIY.There were DIY.So of course, his video iscalled the DIY desktop setuptour. And then he made thecontent to match it.That thing justtook off like crazy. He also did one otherthing on the daythat he launched the video. He boosted it through YouTube. And what he's doing is he'sfinding other creators thathave the audience that mightbe interested in this video, and you can targetother YouTube creatorsto put your videoin front of theirs. So you guys, when you lookup, somebody like, say,you look up thefuture and somebodywants to siphon someof our audience away, you notice on theright hand columnthere's a bunch oflittle videos on the sideunless you go full screen.Of course, some of thosethings are placed in therethrough the algorithm andthrough boosting or promoting. So he said he onlyspent like 30 or $50.He's not even sure ifit worked, but I'm justtelling you everythingthat's working for us today. We specifically targetother YouTube creatorsto put our videos infront of their audience. To help our channelgrow, and it'sworking really wellbecause you noticewe just barely hit 400,000.And I think we're already past435,000 in the first month. So we're growing at amuch faster rate nowand we have to because ourgoal is to get to 800,000 substhis year.So evergreen content liveson YouTube use, boostingto other people's channelsthat are connected to yoursand aligning your content aroundwhat's trending on YouTube. But those videos down.Find the best parts, include subtitlesand put those on Facebook.Boost those on Facebookto target somebodythat might want to see this. And at the end of the day, make good content, justteach people something. The threshold is not as highas you think because there'sa lot of garbage out there.Michael, any follow up?The only follow upI have is, could yoube any more specificabout how to findthose keywords in thetrending tab or whatever? Is there like a tool orsomething or anythinglike that?Yeah, I would justsearch for it.Literally, you just search. How do I find what'strending on YouTubeand you have the answerbetter than I could explain? So I will give youthe information, but since I don't do anyof that and somethingthat you may or maynot know, is once youpass a certain threshold, Idon't know what that number is.You get assigned an accountsmanager from YouTube.Mark and Matthew have beenspeaking to this accountmanager on a coupleof occasions now,so he's sharing with uslike looking at her channel, telling us whatwe're doing right, what we need to do better andgiving us a lot of insight. So we're learningas we go here, ok?But I believe almost all thisinformation is already uponline through YouTube itself.Like what's trending on youtube?Keyword trending search terms. Both mark and Matthewknew how to do this.I don't.So I'm sorry on that one andthe other more specific adviceis just ask Matthew, butI promise you, by the timethe end of this call, if you gostart searching for it now, youhave your answer. They're not tryingto make it a secret.
