I don't want to make thisquestion too complicated, but it might be a littlecomplicated, so I apologize. All right, so I wasat AI was havingdinner with a friendwho was in a contractwith somebody who doesvideo production right? And basically,he's under contractthrough a business owner. And just to makethings more clear,I want you toimagine a situationyou have signed acontract with a brand thatis connected to it withwhat your services are.So say, for example, yousign a contract with wakehamand your talent is excellent andthey have all this informationthat they can share andyou want to do a YouTubechannel with that talent. However, that talentisn't showing up,but you need that contentthat they can share to teach. And that's the contract.Like, you have acontract with wakehamto basically teach likedo an Academy online. But the talent that you signedup, but the talent that you'recounting on that lives underyour brand isn't participating.Like, how do you holdthat your own teamaccountable in that sense? All right.Well, let me try andfigure this out here.So you're caught inthe middle, you'rebetween a rock and a hard place. You've got a contractwith a client who'sagreed to give you money for youto produce a piece of contentin order for you to do so.You need also talent tobe able to do that right? So everybody's going, yeah, go ahead. They're telling, isyour brand like theylive under your brand, like you pay themor, yeah, they liveunder your space. But but you're also wantingto kind of tap into thatso that they can teach. All the information that they'vegathered throughout the yearsunder your space, butand all those people havetheir own followings and theyhave their own, you know, their own success. But because they liveunder your brand, you were kind ofcounting on themto participate in this Academy. So I don't want togive too much away. It's just kind of tryingto explain the situation.Yeah OK, so these peoplewho are supposed to producecontent for you there? Are they undercontract themselves? And OK, so.I don't believe so.Well, is that the problem?I don't want to give too muchaway just because the idea ispretty huge, butlike I said, I'mtrying to figure this likeI speak with this friend. They do the productionand him and Iconverse a lot aboutbusiness and stuff like that.So it's kind of metrying to help him out.But if it's too convoluted, thenI understand if you can't, it'snot that it's so convoluted. It's the details thatI need to understand. This problem are notdetails that you can share, because it's a big idea, right? We're talking in theabstract, in the abstract. It makes no senseto me because you'veagreed to do somethingfor somebody else. And the people whotheoretically work for youwon't agree to do it.That's just like we haveto have a conversation. They don't have a contractand they don't actuallywork for you.You put yourself in avery difficult positionwhere they're notobligated to do anything. It's like as if you cut adeal with somebody that we'regoing to, you're goingto get me on the channeland you haven't talked tome and I'm like, I'm busyand you're screwed. We're going to do now.So that's whybefore you sign inkon anything on thisside and this side, you're going to make surewe're all in agreement. We both signed. We're good to go.And then everybody knows. So you would recommendbasically having a contractwith the talent, ok?Think about it.The company putsyou under contractbecause they want a clearunderstanding between whatyou're going to give and whatthey're going to pay you.And it makes a lot of businesssense, and you signed it.And then now you'relike, well, why don't Ineed a contract with these guys? You have to havesymmetry in logic, right? You sign somethingnow you're committed. If you didn't sign it,if it got tricky or toughor you wanted to goto sleep, you would. You just would go to sleep andit wouldn't even be a big deal. This is why we have contracts. So you want to get thatsame kind of contractgoing with your subcontractor? All right.Perfect, beautiful. And they need to beprofessional if theysay they're going to dosomething, they need to do it.But if you don't pay them,if there's no agreement, then you're kind of up toleft, up to their mercyand you don't want to do that.Ok?is that generallygenerically help youin your situation or no?Yeah, definitely.I'm going to have aconversation with my friendand see if thatis helpful to you.OK, thank you.Fantastic
