Joel is a product lead here at The Futur. In this role, he works with our internal and external instructors to plan, design, and launch new courses and workshops. As part of this role, he is also responsible for coordinating efforts with The Futur team to streamline, and ensure our launches run smoothly. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Joel returned to his hometown of San Jose, CA where he worked at startups Egnyte and Addepar prior to launching his own agency, JShaw Creative. When he's not planning the next course launch for The Futur, Joel can be found working in the garden with his two dogs, Roscoe and Ziggy, or at Levis Stadium cheering on the 49ers.
