Building Expertise: 5 Book Challenge

What is an expert to you and how do you define expertise? Because I think there's a good chance that we're holding two standards one for ourselves and one for others. Do we accept people who speak with a certain amount of confidence. Maybe they have a lot of production skills where they can edit a nice video. An expert simply as somebody who knows something a little more than you do within it.
