So anything followed up withalso any development activitiesyou employ to help yourteam learn, grow in Excel.Yes, but they're more like.They're not like,OK, let's everyonegather around and do a team.It's not like that,you know, it'smore kind of goesback to what I saidabout resisting the urge to justgrab the mouse and do the work.So when a lot of times whenwe're reviewing something,It'll be kind of like gettinginto the minutia and the detailand say, OK, OK, hold on.Hold on.Let's let's Zoom out.Stop looking at 300% at thatone little tiny pixel here.Let's just big picture.Let's take a step back, lookat it and kind of step away.And then I won't sayanything about it.I won't say I reallylike how this is,or I don't think this worksbecause as an experiment,I will not do that.I'll just say.OK, let's look at this together.Well, what was our brief andthen they're like, well, OK,it was to illustratea dog that is friendlyand know I'm like,OK, OK, great.So what things doyou notice here?So I'll try to askquestions to, and the goalis to help them get therewithout telling themwhere it is, you know,if they're coming to youand they're like, I need ananswer for this long divisionproblem and you'relike, the answer is 3.Didn't really learn much, right?But show your work,make them do it.You know, ultimately they'llget a better understandingof what three means andwhat it takes to get thereand in the future, whatthey can be looking out for.Right so even in a reviewsession or somethinglike that, I think that'sa really nice opportunityto bring people into yourmind, you know, and canbe a little mysterious aboutit and just kind of like, givethem breadcrumbs, you know,we lead them, lead them therewithout blatantly saying,this is what it is.This is where you needto be, kind of helpthem, help them find their way.We'll have a lot more value.You'll teach them, they'll grow.And ideally when youwork together againon the next thing, they'll bethat much better at doing it.And that's alsopart of the rapportthat you build withyour team and howyou guys like to work together.Not everyone likesto work the same wayas a creative director, butalso, you know, your team.Let's say you have ateam of three designers.You should know their strengthsand their weaknesses too,and how they like the work,what works best for them.Because what might work whencommunicating with designer amight not work with,you know, designers,they might need adifferent, a different wayof kind of reviewing and doingthat whole kind of processtogether.Hey, that'll be the third thingfor the big creative director.Tip yeah, there it is.Three all right.
